DOWN FOR FULL 2026 WORKSHOP SCHEDULE This hands-on, skill-building workshop will be held on Sunday April 12, 2026, from 4:00-7:00 PM at Leikam Brewing Company's Community Room: 5812 E Burnside St, Portland, OR 97215. Workshop will last approximately 2.5-3.0 hours, depending on your speed. Students will learn how to create a small Ladybug or Beetle sculpture from stoneware clay. This is a skills-based class that is accessible by beginners. All required tools and clay will be supplied. Please wear comfortable clothing that is OK to get dirty, or wear a smock or apron. We will work together, step-by-step, as you learn how to use the tools, and learn the skills to create your very own whimsical Ladybug or Beetle. The Bugs will then travel to my studio where I will dry them slowly, then fire them in my ceramic kiln. Ladybugs and Beetles will be available for pick-up at Leikam Brewery on Sunday May 17, 2026 from 3:00-4:00 PM, as I am setting up the Dudes & Demons Sculpture Workshop. If you want to pick up before Mother's Day, please arrange to pick up at my studio early. Price includes
