3/4 tsp (or less) Salt

1 cup Milk
Beat eggs slightly. Add milk. Add flour slowly. Beat hard 1-2 minutes. Make early.
Beat every half hour till ready. Put 1/4 cup melted roast beef fat into 7x11 inch
glass pan. (Or 1/2 fat and 1/2 butter if you don't have enough beef fat.)
at 450 degrees F
