Jodi Kuchera's Farm Journal Corn Bread

Sweet, moist, simple… and delicious.

2.5 cups flour
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup sugar
2 tsp salt
4+1/4 tsp baking powder
3 eggs slightly beaten
2/3 cups (10 tbsp) butter, melted
1+2/3 cup milk

Grease a 9” x 13” pan
Bake 25-30 minutes in a 400 degree oven.
